That’s OK. The reason we ask you to set up an appointment is because to enter the building the security will ask for I.D. If you did not set up an appointment, just stop by the security desk or give us a call when you are in the area and we will tell the security to allow you in the building.
We use the highest quality of parts on the market. A lot of people throw around the word “original”, well here is a little secret: There is no such thing as original parts. Original parts would mean they are coming from the company itself. We get our parts from different distributers that produce the same quality parts as those made for the phone since it is simply impossible to buy parts from the company itself.
We offer a 180 day warranty with all our repairs. This does not mean if you break it or scratch it again we will do the job again for free. Rather, if there is an issue with the part we fixed, or something is not working right, you can bring it in and we will fix it for free.
Actually no! We use different methods on replacing just the part that is broken, while other shops will replace unnecessary parts because they do not master the techniques we do. For example, some shops will replace you entire touch screen when you crack your glass; while we can replace just your glass because of the techniques we have mastered for a fraction of the price.
The answer to this really depends on what the history of the device is. In most cases, we are able to recover the data on your phone even if it is water damaged or not turning on.
We cannot recover pictures or text messages that you accidentally deleted or if you reset your entire phone completely.
As long as the data is on the device when we start the repair, there should be no reason for it to be missing once we finish. In the event that your device is damaged beyond affordable repair, we also offer data recovery services for certain devices. We do always recommend that you back up your device before every repair incase a mistake does happen, but have not had this issue in the past.
Water damage repairs require a diagnostic as its difficult to know which parts are damaged without taking a look inside your device. The diagnostic generally costs $40, and is refunded to you if we are not able to fix the device or is credited towards your repair if you decide to fix the device. Call us to get more information.
The warranty covers any manufacture defects with the parts we place on your device as long as there is no damage to them. This means that if we change your screen, charger port, battery, or any other part on your device and the parts starts to malfunction, become loose, or give you issues; we will replace it free of charge as long as there is no damage to the part.
